At Outline Studio, we design and develop digital experiences and business systems that help companies move forward. Our work spans Website Design & Development, CRM Design & Development, UI/UX Design, Workflow Automation, Integrations, Landing Pages, and custom digital solutions.

So far, we’ve delivered 30+ projects for 10+ international clients, including 25+ websites and 5+ CRM builds. Each project is approached with a focus on clear design, reliable development, and solutions built around the way our clients work.

These Terms & Conditions explain how we provide our services, what clients can expect from us, and the responsibilities that apply when working with Outline Studio.

Products

Outline Studio provides digital products and services designed around the needs of each business. Our work includes websites, CRM systems, landing pages, custom interfaces, workflow automation, and integrations. Each product is planned, designed, and developed according to the agreed project scope, requirements, and functionality. Where a project uses third-party platforms or services, their own terms, licenses, and limitations may also apply.

Client Responsibilities

To keep each project moving smoothly, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, assets, approvals, and access required for the work. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any materials, data, or third-party accounts they provide can legally be used for the project. Delays in providing required information, feedback, or approvals may affect the agreed timeline.

Payments

Project fees are agreed upon before work begins and may be structured around an upfront payment, milestones, or other agreed payment terms. Additional features, revisions, integrations, or work outside the agreed project scope may require additional fees. Any applicable third-party costs, subscriptions, hosting, software, or service charges will be communicated separately where relevant.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for final project deliverables will be determined by the agreed project terms. Client-provided materials, content, trademarks, and data remain the property of the client or their respective owners. Third-party software, platforms, fonts, libraries, plugins, and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Outline may retain ownership of reusable tools, processes, frameworks, components, and development methods used across projects.

Support

Outline provides project support according to the scope and terms agreed for each engagement. Support may include reasonable assistance with the delivered website or CRM system, troubleshooting, and agreed post-launch adjustments. Ongoing maintenance, new features, additional integrations, or changes outside the original scope may be treated as separate work.
